Brightase-TH is a recombinant Bacillus thermoproteolyticus rokko thermolysis that is expressed in Brevibacillus. In combination with Brightase-C, Brighatse-TH provides a low endotoxin method to isolate primary cells.
No animal products are used in the production of Brightase C.

Lyophilized from 5 mL of a 0.94 mg/mL solution in 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 2 M NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2
Storage and Stability
Store at −20 °C soon after arrival. Thaw before use.
Stock Solution
Prepare a stock solution by adding 5 mL Sterile Water per vial and agitating gently at 4 °C. Divide stock solutions into single-use aliquots and store at −20 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Working solutions should contain ≥1 mM CaCl2 for optimal activity and stability.
