Low cost on-feeder culture medium developed based on Primate ES / iPS cell medium  

This serum-free medium is ideal for on-feeder culture for human ES cells and human iPS cells. It is an affordable alternative for maintaining stem cells. 

The basic composition is the same as that of primate ES cell medium (Primate ES Cell Medium). Because we are conducting cultivation test by iPS cells, osmotic pressure, pH, sterilization and Mycoplasma test in all lots, you can use with confidence. 

Serum is not included.
